The Psychology Student Society (PSS) is the official psychology club at NYU. We connect NYU students who are passionate in the field of psychology with fellow students, faculty members, and professionals who are changing the world.
We create a tight-knit community for all students who are interested in psychology through social and academic opportunities.
Psychology Cohorts are small groups of students paired based on similar interests, in which they casually hangout and exchange their perspectives and passions. It aims to help students find their community in a casual, small-group setting where they can share progress and struggles in studying psychology.
Career in Psychology speaker series brings professors and professionals in from diverse fields of psychology to share real-life stories in the industries. It intends to provide practical guidance on post-graduation paths and broaden students' perspectives in applying psychological knowledge.
Co-Founder, President
I'm a junior studying Psychology with a Computer Science minor. I found it crucial to bridge a gap between academia and real-world industries. I founded the Psychology Student Society hoping to create a rich environment to share opportunities/ resources as a psych major.
People are always fascinating to me in that we are smart but irrational, kind but mean from time to time! I'm interested in human-computer interaction, keeping humans at the center of the technology.
I was born and raised in Seoul, Korea. I'm a huge fan of How I Met Your Mother, Fran Lebowitz, and Mark Lee ⁽̨̡ ¨̮ ⁾̧̢.•♥

I'm a junior majoring in Psychology. I'm also interested in pursuing a minor in Child & Adolescent Mental Health Studies. All fields of psychology fascinate me, but my passion resides in cognition and abnormal psychology.
I'm from Stamford, Connecticut. Outside of psychology, my interests include writing and creating art. In particular, I like painting and embroidery.
As a member of PSS, I look forward to leaving school feeling prepared to transition onward academically and professionally, while meeting likeminded individuals.
