Subsequently, this case study led to an interview with Andrew Flint, the founder of Occupier, who offers innovative real estate lease solutions. Based on the insights and ideas from this interview, we explore the process, considerations, and difficulties in product development. We'll also compare products that provide real estate rental management solutions. This analysis allows us to contemplate the problems encountered in the process of developing proptech products and identify possible solutions.

solutions, has had to act creatively and quickly to secure necessary
capital during this period of economic uncertainty.

Founded by Nick Iovacchini (Co-Founder & CEO), Ryan Donohue (Co-Founder & CTO), and Daniel Rosenzweig (Co-Founder & Head of Business). The company had several seeding rounds with a valuation of $11.9 million. Later, Workchew acquired the company for an undisclosed amount on April 26, 2022. Its latest product is an operating system software that can analyze tenants’ occupancy risk and actual demand for the space, which could help tenants reduce overpaying above average occupancy projection line.
