This project was developed during my Spring 2025 coursework Neuro and Physio Signal Processing during NYU MSEE program under Prof. Rose T. Fahigh.
This project aims to assess sex-based aldosterone differences by studying aldosterone secretion in normal weight (18.5 <= BMI <= 24.9) female and male participants. To characterize aldosterone secretion measured from subcutaneous abdominal tissue in individuals by inferring the underlying secretory characteristics and to understand the differences in aldosterone secretion between normal-weight men and women.
Analyzed physiological time-series hormone data by compressed sensing using interpolation and deconvolution. Estimation & Optimization research for sparse pulse recovery using state-space modelling. Performed envelope, t-test and l-norm analysis for evaluation. The study on the u-rhythm dataset was able to show significant differences in male and female of the aldosterone concentration based on lunch and dinner times.

This transister-level circuit design project aims to engineer a transimpedance amplifier with noise tuning using 4-stage CMOS + differential analog circuit using Cadence Virtuoso.
Achieved low-noise amplification as a frontend for optical sensors within 5GHz bandwidth.

This project was developed during my bachelors summer internship at IIT Kanpur, India under Prof Nishchal Verma.
Goal was to study the aspects of the telemetry device in UAV and research on the best integration components to establish a robust real-time connection for long range application.
Component requirements, comparison and integration of a wireless HD video and data link communication system for a unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) which includes surveillance camera, antenna and transceiver for airborne and ground station for 20 km range, involvement in the procurement for the same.
