You will be able to sign up for activities via the GPNYC academic calendar (above) or weekly newsletter. The tickets will go live at 10 AM on Saturday or Sunday before the event.
You will have to pay a deposit ($5 and service fee) to get a ticket for each event on Eventbrite. Once you attend an event that you sign up for, you will be refunded.
If you would like to cancel, please click "Request a refund" within 48 hours prior. Once we receive your request, we will issue your refund and cancel your ticket.
If you do not show up for an event that you got a ticket for without informing us at least 48 hours in advance, you will not be refunded. NO EXCEPTION.
Only sign up for events you know you can attend.
Be sure to inform us if you can no longer attend an activity that you plan to attend; this way, students on the waitlist can be given a chance to attend. We would like to give everyone a chance to attend our event.
