Close Quarters is an eclectic group started at NYU. Nick Benak and Dylan Cantor, with help from The Loose Change, write, record, produce, and illustrate each release. There sound can be described as hip hop/psychedelic rock/and synth jam music

I make goth and pop punk music for the new generation of alt kids 

I am an inventive modular synthesis performer that came out of the jazz world. I incorporate guitar, drum machines, vocals, and more into intricate modular builds to create huge sonic atmospheres and groovy, layered bops. 

I write, record and produce all of my own music.  I am an independent alt-pop artist.  I write from personal experience and I am bridging and experimenting more with dark pop music now which I would love to premiere at this semester's invasion.

My music is about expressing myself, in whatever way I'm feeling. It ranges from indie rock to ambient soundscapes to clashy punk. When it comes to summarizing myself I like to let the art speak for me, but in words I would say thoughtful, impactful, and meaningful.

we consist of 7 members, and make music that spans from traditional hip hop and trap to hyper pop and electronic. Our group is eclectic and enjoy making different music that pushes our abilities as artists. We recently dropped two singles and are working on a more long form project for the future.
