I am a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Mathematics at the University of Houston. I will join the School of Mathematics at the University of Birmingham in Fall 2026.
Before joining UH, I was a Courant Instructor at New York University from 2023 to 2025.
I received my Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from UCLA in 2023. I received my B.S. degree in Applied and Computational Mathematics from Peking University, School of Mathematics, in 2019.
My research interests focus on scientific machine learning, uncertainty quantification, stochastic differential equations, mathematical biology, and scientific computing.
I work with students from different majors. I have several openings for research interns, fully funded PhD positions, and postdocs. If you are interested in joining our research efforts, please feel free to contact me :)
