Participants will be able to check in at any time, however advanced notice is required if check in is anticipated later than 9 PM. The resource center will be closed, but there will be a campus safety office officer available to call down someone to check you in.
Yes. Roommate requests are considered so long as they are submitted before the May 5th registration deadline. Email any requests to MamiConference@nyu.edu
No. NYU Summer Housing does not offer any flexibility in the check-in or check-out dates (May 29th - June 2nd)
No. NYU Summer Housing policy requires every individual to have their own room regardless of their relationship, however a couple may request to be placed in the same suite.
Beginning at 8 AM each day of the conference, a Check-In table in the lobby of the Education Building (35 W 4th St) will be staffed by our team. You will need to check-in and pick up your name tag when you arrive. You must wear your name tag at all times during the conference in order to access the building.
