Stop 8: Northern Spur Preserve

This section of the Northern Spur is left relatively wild as a reminder of what the abandoned High Line looked like decades ago.
After looking at the Northern Spur, there are comfortable places to sit in the neighbouring 10th Avenue Square and Overlook.
From the tree-lined seating area near 10th Avenue, the Statue of Liberty is distantly visible in NY Harbor.
