Sports Event Manager: Organizes and manages key events, including exhibitions, conferences, product launches, and social events. Works with and supports event committees as well as coordinates and supports major sporting events.
Catering and Special Events Manager: Manages catering staff and all aspects of catered event planning and execution. Works directly with the customer in menu selection and space allocation and follows through on all the details of the event.
Sports Event Coordinator: Assists event managers in organizing and promoting key arena and sports venue events. May also be responsible for selecting a field or arena, the surface used, and how much equipment will be needed.
Community Engagement Director: Support education, promote youth sports and provide economic opportunities to help make the organization a more equitable and inclusive community for all.
ESports Manager: Takes part in developing, implementing, executing, and reporting competitive strategy and tactics. Works closely with internal strategy teams, brand development, and marketing teams, and external partners and vendors to ensure programs’ success. Deliver engaging in-game features and content, on and offline events, and program marketing while supporting community growth and activity.
General Manager: Directs day-to-day operations of the individual divisions that make a team function. May negotiate trades and signing of free agents and players to the professional team. Involved in the annual drafting of college players, working closely with the coaches and scouts.
Operations Manager: Oversees daily operations of the operations event staff. May manage utilization of the venue, finances, business administration, maintenance, repairs, and construction.
School Athletics Director: Provides guidance and direction for a school’s sports program. Also, prepare and manage budgets and allocate spending on items, including coach salaries, team travel, equipment purchases, and facility upkeep.
Sports Analytics Director: Applies statistical and analytical rigor to analyze structured and unstructured datasets and arrive at conclusions that directly influence team strategy.
Sports Facilities Manager: Oversees the daily operations and management of sports facilities such as football fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, swimming pools, ice rinks, racquetball courts, and other playing surfaces. Includes ensuring the safety and quality of playing surfaces.
