The final list of participants will be decided by the organizing committee and displayed on the webpage.

• Registration Deadline: The registration has been closed.

• Accommodation Fee: 100,000 KRW per night for single room / 130,000 KRW per night for double room
  *These charges are applicable for the workshop participants only. You are required to pay the fee when checking in.

(CAUTION) An organization purporting to be a travel agency may send emails to workshop attendees asking for information to arrange a hotel booking. Please do not respond to these messages which are most likely a scam. No travel agency is or will be involved in the organisation of the workshop accommodation.
