TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR FULBRIGHT, YOU MUST:
Be a US citizen
Have completed your Bachelor's degree (but no PhD) by the start of the grant period
That's pretty much it. There is no minimum GPA, and applications are welcome from all fields of study.
