The roundtable sessions will be held in the academic facilities of NYU London at 6 Bedford Square. Coffee and tea will be provided. Please note there is no NYU signage except for the footmat. Ring the buzzer for access. Security guards will require your NYU ID or other ID if unaffiliated. Roundtables will be in Rooms 102 and 104; lunch and coffee will be served from Room 103.
The plenary sessions and closing reception will be held at the University of London Senate House. On Day 1 and 2, sessions will be in G11; coffee, tea, and light refreshments will be available in G5. Day 3 session will be in Senate Room. Closing Reception will be in Chancellor's Hall. To get to Senate House from Radisson Blu Kenilworth, join Bloomsbury Street and make a left. Keep walking till you hit Keppel Street. and make a right (note that Bloomsbury becomes Bedford Square then Gower Street along the way). The Senate House is the tower-like building straight in front of you (at the T-junction with Malet Street).
International participants accommodated by the organizers will be hosted at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Kenilworth, 97 Great Russell Street. Please note this is distinct and around the corner from the Bloomsbury Street Radisson Blu. (Tip: You have access to the gyms and working areas in both buildings). Breakfast is included with your booking. Check in is at 3pm and check out at 11am. You will need your passport at check in. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Tottenham Court Road station which is a relatively quick ride from Heathrow Airport via the Elizabeth Line. Uber and Taxicabs also easily obtainable.
