Danielle M. Perry, PhD
Danielle is a community-driven research scholar. Her work focuses on asset-based approaches to exploring intergenerational parenting practices within Black families and communities that influence children’s academic, social, and emotional wellbeing. She is currently a Senior Research Associate and Manager of Research to Practice at the NYU Metro Center.
Danielle is the proud mother of two beautiful Black children, including a daughter, aged 9, and son, aged 10. Her own parenting journey influenced the development of this project.
