Developmental Profile
Information Included:
-Developmental history (across 5 domains of development)
cognitive and memory,
oral language,
sensory and motor,
social emotional, and
attention and executive function
*If any two of these are not within expectations, get ready to evaluate.
-Medical history
-Co-morbidity or relevant factors (neurogenetic disorders, disease, substance abuse, and other familial factors)
-History of family with disabilities in speech, language, or related cognitive/learning areas, slow in L2 learning at the same time as rapid L1 loss.
-Parental concerns
