Scholarship (Registration Fee Waiver) Program
VirtuaTELL2026 is excited to announce the registration fee waiver program for participants with financial needs and personal / professional hardship.
Participants can apply for the conference registration fee waiver, if they are:
Early career educators
Educators from developing countries
Educators working in challenging circumstances
Students enrolled in TESOL programs
Other reasons not mentioned above
This free registration is available for the first 100 applicants. Your registration does not give you membership to NYS TESOL.
How to apply for the waiver:
First, submit this application form by 6/2/2026 (Tuesday) 11:59pm Eastern Time.
After reviewing your application/eligibility, the VirtuaTELL2026 team will email you a special code that will enable you to register free of charge to the VirtuaTELL2026 Conference no later than 6/4/2026 (Thursday). Please check your spam folder!
Participants who received the fee waiver should register by 6/5/2026 (Friday) 11:00 am Eastern time to make sure they receive the conference zoom link, which will be sent out to the registrants a day before the conference.
Please do NOT share the code: Keep the code confidential and refrain from sharing it with others or sharing the code on any social media platform.
