Memberships begin on January 1 and end on December 31 each year.  If you attended the November 2025 conference or you paid your membership dues in 2026, you are a current member.

One week before the virtual conference, paid registrants will be asked to enter the email they registered with into a Zoom form and the link will be automatically sent. 

2-3 days after registration is received, you will receive an invoice for payment. Payments can be made by credit card or purchase order. 

NYS TESOL is a small non-profit, and many of our conference attendees are also presenters. Unfortunately, it would be unsustainable to run the conference without the financial support from registration fees. However, please watch your emails for information on how you can volunteer for a discount. 

YES! All in-person registrations will also receive the Zoom form via email one week before the conference, along with the Zoom link.
