This is a template project that can used to provide a narrative context in which to learn and demonstrate skills in simple circuitry, simple machines and weather. The conclusion of the narrative provides the "Remixer" the opportunity to insert their own spin. This project should ideally be paired with lessons on simple circuitry, simple machines and weather. All necessary assets are to complete the narrative are included.

This lesson challenges students to extract evidence from text and images in order to describe the perspective of a person who experienced life in the "Depression Era". The images used are photos from the collection of photographer Dorthea Lange as presented in Google's "Arts and Culture" repository.
