American Osteopathic College of Radiology 

AOCR-NYITCOM Chapter is a group representing students interested in the specialty of Radiology. It is the goal of this group to encourage further learning in the discipline of radiology through scholastic learning, networking, and career enrichment opportunities. It is our hope to provide students with a meaningful experience and introduction to the field, including its subspecialties and overlaps with other specialties, and its place within medicine. 

We try to explain what radiology is and give students a sense of it during our events. Our events include bringing in guest speakers to teach us about the specialty so we can learn from their experiences. Other events are more hands on workshops that give students a sense of what radiology is like with a more hands on experience.
