AMA

The AMA-MSSNY strives to be the medical students' leading voice for improving medical education, advancing health care and advocating for the future of medicine. The AMA represents physicians in legislative bodies and is involved in policy making on a national level. 

Our events include guest lectures, charity drives, wellness events for the betterment of the student population, regional and national meetings, and community outreach events within the local community. 

The AMA national organization is recognized by both osteopathic and allopathic physicians. By being a member, you will have free access to FRIEDA, JAMA and other critical resources for medical school. Becoming a member also provides a platform to advocate for public health issues on a national level.
