The schematic shows above features the full implementation of the efficient inductive roadway, with three transmitters represented.
The final model features seven such coils, each with its own individually powered vehicle detection system controlled through a separate Arduino Uno. The transmitter coils are controlled by an Arduino Uno, and powered using a 12V power source.
This same power source is connected to a voltage regulator to provide the IR sensors responsible for vehicle detection with their requisite 5V. Each implementation of the detection system connects to a white LED that powers on when the coil is active, assuring the user of the track's functionality.
