Here in NYAG [NanYang Artistic Gymnastics], we strongly believe in our team values, Positivity, Perseverance and Discipline.

We are undoubtedly passionate about our CCA. It’s amazing how this sport combines physical strength and power with artistic expression. Whether you’re drawn to the adrenaline rush of nailing a difficult routine or the satisfaction of perfecting your form and technique, gymnastics offers a unique and rewarding experience.

The passion and love for gymnastics is what pushes us to be the best versions of ourselves, to never give up even in times of adversities, to persevere through no matter what.

Coached by our qualified and experienced gymnasts: Coach Wu Xiaohua and Coach Huang Diankun since 2010, our coaches and teachers in-charge instill a sense of responsibility and accountability in every member to grow with an open mind and to respect everyone in the team.

Our CCA days involve training at least 3 times a week, 3.5 hours per session.

NYAG isn’t just a sports CCA, it is like a second home. On top of the usual training sessions, we spend a lot of time together outside of training: having fun all year round. We are a very bonded CCA that treasures each and every moment and memory together!

Additionally, we perform on various occasions in Nanyang such as our Chinese New Year or Teachers’ Day celebrations. All our performances are self choreographed and self-rehearsed, with the guidance of our coaches and teachers.

NYAG is truly a place that challenges you to step out of your comfort zone, a safe and healing environment for everyone to improve and strive together as one team. The experiences here in NYAG are indeed precious and memorable, and winning is just the cherry on top!
