• Students: NTD 1500 per person

Please pay in cash at the registration counter during the event check-in, where you will also receive a receipt and the conference information packet.

Transportation Information

Hsinchu High-Speed Rail Station

You can take the "Hsinchu HSR Station - Dongmen Market" No. 182 city bus.
Get off at the National Tsing Hua University (NTHU) stop and walk through the NTHU campus ( Qingjiao Path 清交小徑) to reach our campus.
Alternatively, you can get off at Guogou(過溝) Station and walk along University Road to reach our campus.

There will be a shuttle service during the event, and we encourage you to use it.
Shuttle bus schedule from the HSR station is as follows:

* Each bus can accommodate a maximum of 43 passengers, no standing allowed.

• 12/7 (Sat), 8:15 AM: Departing from Hsinchu HSR Station → Annual Conference Venue
  Meeting point: Exit 4, Hsinchu HSR Station

• 12/7 (Sat), 8:45 PM: Departing from banquet venue and Howard Hotel → Hsinchu HSR Station
  Meeting point: Lobby of Howard Hotel

• 12/8 (Sat), 8:15 AM: Departing from Hsinchu HSR Station → Annual Conference Venue
  Meeting point: Exit 4, Hsinchu HSR Station    (NEW)

• 12/8 (Sun), 4:30 PM: Two buses departing from the NCTU campus → Hsinchu HSR Station
  Meeting point: Basic Education Building.

Take Bus No. 2.

Get off at the NCTU stop and walk along University Road to reach our campus.

Driving

Heading North:

Exit the National Highway No. 1 at the Science Park Interchange (97 km), turn left onto Section 2, Science Park Road, and drive straight for about 1.1 km.
At the end of Science Park Road, turn left onto Xinan Road to reach the south gate of our campus.

Heading South:

Exit the National Highway No. 1 at the Hsinchu Interchange (94.5 km), head toward Guangfu Road in Hsinchu, and turn left at the first traffic light onto University Road to reach the north gate of our campus.

Guests driving to the event can request a campus parking voucher at the registration desk.

We recommend guests park in the white parking spaces, either in front of the gym at P2 or in the Engineering Building 6 parking lot at P3. For exact locations, please refer to the Parking Lot Location Map.

The provided parking voucher cannot be used for overnight parking on campus.
