The Everyday Creativity Lab (EC Lab) at the National Yang-Ming Chiao Tung University consists of researchers interested in designing and building emerging technologies for situated contexts that support meaning-making experiences and playful creativity in everyday lives. We focus on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), family and children, and design with underrepresented groups. Specific research topics include designing IoT and sleep technology for families, children's VR use, and holding storytelling workshops with Southeast Asian immigrant mothers.
