This toolkit, presented by Dr. Kimberly Underdue, DHA, LCSW, is a practical guide designed for women who lead, serve, and give and need to be reminded to also care for themselves. It covers five core areas: mind, body, spirit, boundaries, and sisterhood. Each section includes reflection exercises, daily practices, and affirming prompts to help women stay grounded and well. The toolkit also includes a personal self-care plan, an accountability partner framework, and a curated list of apps, books, and crisis resources. Free to access and share.
