Concert Orchestra is our premier band for experienced musicians who play brass, wind and rhythm instruments. We perform at many events throughout the year and play a variety of music. Rehearsals are on Tuesday's at 1.30pm in the PAC.
Cost $40 per year.

Stage Band is a mentor band set up for new musicians. The group also has more experienced players attending, which help beginners with new notes, reading music, playing their instruments and complements the tuition with their instrumental teacher.
We work off the Essential Elements book series, which the tutors cover in their lessons.
This is a great band for beginner musicians to experience playing in a band and to get to know other musicians. Rehearsals are on Wednesday's at 2pm in the music room.
No cost: This is part of the music tuition program.

String orchestra is a specialty group for violin, viola, cello and double bass players run by an amazing musician Melinna Kartahardja. Rehearsals are held on Monday's at 2pm in the PAC.
Cost: $40 per year.

Northcross has a Rock and Pop Band program run by our resident band coach Heath Watson . This involves a combination of lessons and band practices, with performances at our concert nights and the Rockshop Bandquest event.

The Northcross Massed Choir is a long established vocal group open to all singers of any ability. We perform throughout the year at concerts, competitions and festivals including the Kids Sing.
The group rehearses on Friday's at 2pm in the Performing Arts Center (PAC). To join come along to the Friday practice and give your details to Mr. Timmis.

Nox Vox Choir is a specialty auditioned Choir for students who want to extend their vocal abilities and perform at competition level.
The group rehearses on Friday's at 1pm in the Performing Arts Center (PAC). To join please email the director Miles Timmis and listen for the audition times in the daily notices.

Big Band is a specialty band focusing on jazz music and improvising. This is an open group for any brass or wind player.
Students learn a variety of jazz styles and gain confidence soloing and improvising. Rehearsals are on Thursday's at 2pm in the PAC.
