Fifty-three law students of Northwestern University (NWU) took their oath as student-practitioners on September 24, 2026.

The oath was administered by Hon. Dinah Myrtle M. Pacquing, Executive Judge of the Regional Trial Court of Laoag City, with the presence of Atty. Bernie Francis Constantino, faculty member of the Clinical Legal Education Program (CLEP).

The ceremony marks an important step in the students' legal education as they prepare to apply their knowledge and skills through supervised legal practice.

The Clinical Legal Education Program (CLEP) integrates classroom learning with supervised practical experience. Through the program, law students develop essential legal skills while contributing to the delivery of legal assistance and promoting access to justice for individuals and communities in need.
