Vascular line placement-tip position & complications (PICC lines, standard CVP lines, dialysis catheter lines lines, Hickman lines, Port-a-caths)

Cardiac devices- position & complications (acute as well as chronic complications such as lead migration & fracture)

a. Pacemakers, ICD, epicardial pacing wires (according to local institutional protocol may also be involved in CXR assessment prior t to MRI- e.g ensure no lead migration or fracture prior to MRI)

b. closure devices -ASD/PFO, Left atrial appendage occlusion device

c. Mechanical prosthetic valves including TAVI

NG tube correct and misplaced (never event)

Chest drain correct and misplaced

(IABG line tip (CXR is the main modality post line insertion to ensure the tip is not too low (potential for bowel/renal infarct) or too high (stroke) and VAD's (probably not) relevant to specific scope.
