Arrive early to take advantage of the free mobile repair station sponsored by DreamBikes - repairs are only available from 9:00am - 10:00am.

The five-mile, morning ride will begin and end at Tiefenthaler Park. Remarks from Mayor Cavalier Johnson will start at 8:30 a.m. and the ride will kick off shortly after.
If you own a bike, bring it and arrive early if you need some quick repairs. Wheel & Sprocket will be at Tiefenthaler Park prior to the ride to help with any simple, quick fixes, such as oiling chains, pumping up tires, and fixing flats.

Celebrating Inclusion & Diversity Through Cycling

Milwaukee Recreation, in partnership with the Wisconsin Bicycle Federation, Tour of America’s Dairyland, Wisconsin High School Cycling League, Wisconsin Cycling Association, Dreambikes, and Wheel and Sprocket, will be hosting a one-day Cycling Celebration at Beulah Brinton Community Center (2555 S. Bay Street) to promote youth cycling in the Milwaukee community. The event will take place on Thursday, June 20 from 10:00am - 1:00pm. Students should bring their own bikes. If needed, bikes will be available for students to use during the event.

Join us as we will ride to honor the famous photographer, Gordon Parks. We will meet at the Gordon Park sign to add the letter "S" to the sign to recognize and honor Mr. Gordon Parks.
The 10-mile ride will have stops along the way with opportunities for photos. Please bring a reusable water bottle.

Near West Side Partners & Menomonee Valley Partners Pedal & Picnic Ride

Menomonee Valley Community Park - 212 S 36th St
Join a family friendly ride between the Menomonee River Valley and the Near West Side. The event will start and end at Valley Park, beginning at 10 am. There will be two route options, a 3 mile route or 7 mile route. Each one has a hill to get out of the Valley.
Routes feature water stops, directional signs, and volunteers along the way.
Helmets are required. Snacks & water, including free Pete's Pops, are provided.
After the ride, Lily Bells food truck will be on-site to purchase your lunch.

Join a group of your neighbors riding bikes around Milwaukee while having fun and drawing attention to the need for better bicycle infrastructure in the city.
This is a social slow roll ride that moves at a pace of around 10mph. You are welcome to leave the ride when you'd like, but as a "no drop" ride, no one will get left behind the group because of pace. We will make sure everyone makes it through traffic lights and intersections as a group. Note the route does not end at Red Arrow Park, so it is not a loop.
Route varies by month, but is generally 10-15 miles. Happens every last Friday of the month!

3rd Annual Black Nerd Cosplay Ride

Annual Fete Ghede Ride & Ancestor Celebration
Saturday, November 2nd
10am - 1pm
1743 N. 33rd St (look for the lot next to the house with seating area)
Join us as we come together for a celebration to and honor our ancestors and lost loved ones. Fete Ghede is the Hattian Voodoo celebration honoring life, death, and rebirth. We will ride, say prayers and leave flowers at street memorials in the area. We will return back to the location for food, drink music, entertainment, and dancing. The ride length is 5 miles. All are welcome!
Ride will include stops along the way. Please bring a reusable water bottle. You can bring food and drink to share with 10-20 people. We will also have food/non-alcoholic drinks available. Please bring photos of loved ones to honor them along with flowers and candles to leave at memorial sites. Dress for the weather. Dress in purple, black, or white attire. This will be the final Red Bike & Green ride of the season.

WI Bike Fed Mobile Bike Repairs
The Bike Fed offers free bicycle repairs in various parks throughout the summer! Each week they will be at a different location. Catch the Milwaukee Mobile Bike Repair crew at these locations across the city for free tune-ups and repairs. We can fix brakes, tires and inner tubes, shifters, chains, and more!
