Custom-designed PD for YOUR teachers:

After a brief meeting with one of NWOET’s educational integration specialists, a plan is designed to fit the needs of your district. A determination is made of which tools should be utilized during this process. We break it up into learning management systems, communication tools, assessment tools, and additional resources to enhance learning and productivity.

After we have devised a plan, we create a timeline to implement the steps. We then communicate with the administration and teachers about the plan and the date options for their personalized virtual training. The entire process takes about 2-3 days depending on the size of your staff. We also offer live Zoom sessions after the official training for continued support to teachers.
