Enhance Your Summer Reading with Resources from the Cincinnati Public Library
Northwest Local School District students had Cincinnati Public Library accounts created for them at the beginning of the 2020-2021 school year thanks to a partnership between the district and the public library. These accounts allow students access to a wealth of digital resources including ebooks, audiobooks, homework help, research databases, popular newspapers and magazines (for kids and adults), and educational films.
Students can get started by visiting https://cincinnatilibrary.org/ and clicking the Login/My CHPL link in the top right corner and then selecting the green Login/Register button that appears in the dropdown menu (see below). Usernames are NW followed by student ID number (Ex: NW777777). The pin number is 1234. When you sign on for the first time, you will be asked to verify your information and create a username. Once that step is complete, you are ready to begin! The teen page and kids and families page are good starting points to see what the library has to offer.
