Health Room

A health room is available for students in each building who are ill or need medical assistance. A registered nurse is on staff to assist students in grades K-12.

First Aid

If a minor accident occurs in school, first aid will be administered. No treatment beyond first aid will be given. In more serious cases, the parent will be notified.

When to Stay Home

• Fever of 100 degrees or greater (fever free without the use of medication for 24 hours before returning to school)

• Vomiting (free of vomiting for 24 hours prior to returning to school)

• Diarrhea

• Continuous cough
