I am a Northwestern Tiger alumni (Class of '99) and obtained both my Bachelor of Science in Elem. Ed. (2003) and Masters Degree in Library Science (2009) from Kutztown University. I have been working at Northwestern since 2004 and have taught eighth, fifth, elementary library, third grade, and now back to the middle school library.  I love being in the Middle School - it's my favorite age!

I am married to Mark and have a daughter, Lindsey, who is a senior in high school. In my spare time I love to read, bake, ride my Peloton, and try out new restaurants. I am also a "fur mom" to a mini goldendoodle, Leo, and a mini labradoodle named Harper.

I am also a HUGE Disney fan and we travel to Florida every other year. I once ran the Disney Princess Half Marathon and love everything about Disney World! I also love spending time on the beaches in the Outer Banks and in South Carolina visiting family.
