What is a "KNOWLEDGE GAP"?
A knowledge gap is anything you don't know. For example, if you hear a question and you have never heard of the topic of the question, that is a serious knowledge gap.
A team knowledge gap is something about which nobody on the team knows anything. This is especially bad for a starting SS team of 4 with differing areas of expertise.
Knowledge gaps, when identified, should be organized by Subject Area, so that the Subject Area Expert can focus on studying it. For example, information about Queen Victoria would be something our History Buff needs to learn.
