All About Me...

This is the start of my twenty-fifth year teaching math in the Northwestern Lehigh School District.

I am thrilled to teach in such a wonderful school district!

I am married to Dan and I have a twenty-six year-old daughter named Rachel. 

Sadly, I had to put my sweet dog, named Asha, down.  She was an adorable little Cairin Terrier. I miss her so much!  I am a huge fan of pets and animals!

I am a graduate of William Allen High School and Cedar Crest College.  I earned my Master's Degree from Wilkes University.

Prior to teaching in the Northwestern Lehigh School District, I taught at KidsPeace Secondary School for two years and Raub Middle School, in the Allentown School District, for seven years.  

I love to spend time with my family.  We enjoy lots of outdoor activities together, like skiing, biking, hiking, canoeing, paddle boarding, golfing, and playing pickleball.  We are also huge fans of line dancing and Disney!  My daughter works full time at Disney in Animal Kingdom and she is the Kilimanjaro Safari Truck Driver and Trainer.

My family and I also enjoy music.  We love listening to it, but we especially enjoy creating it together.  I play the piano/keyboard, my daughter and I sing, and my husband plays the guitar and/or drums.

We have our own little family band!
