Human Development
Personal goal setting and decision-making, family relationships, child development, personal relationships/friendships, and communication skills.
Food and Nutrition
Planning, purchasing, and preparing foods, nutrition for all ages, the relationship of food to healthy lifestyles.
Clothing and Textiles
A study of fibers, caring for clothing, hand sewing techniques.
Consumerism
Budgeting, consumer rights and responsibilities, and money management.
