Entry Pass Details

Welcome to our Entry Pass Page. 

To ensure a smooth entry into the event, all attendees will need a QR code entry pass.

On the day of the event, USE THIS LINK to acquire your QR code. 

When the Entry Pass Site comes up, please use the following information to select the correct Pass Option:

Ages 18-69 Please select - Registration Adult

Ages 13-17 Please select - Registration U13-U17

Ages 70 and up Please select - Registration 70yo and Up

Save the Q/R Code on your phone or print out from your computer and scan on the IPad at the event.

HELPFUL INFORMATION BEFORE YOU GET YOUR PASS!

As part of our security and accountability plan, all spectators aged 13-69 are required to have their own pass for entry.

• Children 12 and under or guests 70 and over are welcome but should bring an ID for age verification (over 70 only)

There is no cost for entry into our events.

Parking Information

Our parking lot is limited.  We HIGHLY recommend carpooling when possible, but overflow parking options are available. For more details and a map, CLICK HERE.

Facility Guidelines

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

• Spectators are required to sit in designated areas.  Standing or sitting in fire lanes or areas that block access is not permitted. 

• Camping chairs are allowed only in designated camping areas.

• Spectator items must fit in your lap or under your chair.

• Spectator seating rotates—please allow others to view their team's games when yours isn't playing.

• No ball handling unless on a competition court during warm-ups or gameplay.

• Children under 16 must be supervised at all times.

• Only ADA-certified service animals are allowed in the facility.

• No food tables, cooking, or serving appliances are permitted.

Failure to follow facility rules may result in consequences for your team up to and including being removed from the event.

Event Schedule

• Doors open at 7:15 AM 

From 7:15 AM - 7:30 AM, priority gym access will be given to coaches and athletes in uniform.
