Pre-Season/BAND CAMP (Attendance is MANDATORY)

Pre-Season for Winds/Percussion: Wed. 5/31, Tues., 6/6, Mon., 6/12, 3:30-5:00 PM

Pre-Season for Color Guard: Wed. 5/31, 6/7, 6/14, 4:00-5:30 PM

Optional July “Open Band Room” Dates: 7/6, 7/13, 12-3PM

Pre-Season for Drumline, Pit and Color Guard: Wed., 8/16, Thurs., 8/17, 9AM-12PM

Leadership Set-Up – Friday, August 18^th 9AM-5PM

Band Camp: Monday, August 21st – Friday, August 25^th: 12PM-9PM

Full Band – Wednesday, August 30^th 3PM-9PM, Thursday, August 31^st 12PM-9PM

Season Schedule:

*Full Band practices are Mondays from 4:30PM – 6:30PM and Wednesdays from 6:00PM – 9:00PM in September and October (through our final competition performance) unless otherwise noted beginning Wednesday, September 6th.

*Meals are provided for all football games and events, unless otherwise noted. Please make Ms. Wilcox aware of any dietary or allergy concerns.

**These games are played only if the Varsity Football Team makes the playoffs and wins the prior game.

Mon. 5/28: Memorial Day Parades (Practices TBD)

Varsity credit for the year will only be given to students who attended Band Camp and do not have

unexcused absences to a practice or performance. Requests for an excused absence

must be made 1 week prior to a practice and 2 weeks prior to a performance in writing or email.

Any unexcused absence or tardy will result in loss of Letter credit.
