For May's Above & Beyond the Eight Grade had taken a field trip to Rupert Idaho. We had went with the 10th Graders, to the Humanitarian Center. On this field trip we had learned how they build Plarn mats in Rupert. I had found out that they pack the plastic bags lighter so use less bags. This making it faster and easier to make. We have help make many Plarn mats for the homeless, and counting. I plan to make this a thing in all of the communities around Gooding, Idaho.
