✨Must be 5 yrs old by 9/30/22 to start Kindergarten
Complete Online Registration - ( Click Here - then select OLR )
Child's Original Birth Certificate or Passport (if no birth certificate)
Immunizations - updated shot records
Proof of Residency – A current utility bill (NV Energy, SW Gas, LVVWD, Lease, or Mortgage Statement)
Residential Affidavit (Notarized) - Click Here – (Proof of address from whom you are residing with and their Picture ID)
Parent Picture ID - Driver’s License, Passport, or State issued ID
