Flag Football/Sports Physicals
We will hold tryouts during the second week of August 2024. More information about tryouts, practice, games, etc. will be available as we get closer to the start of the school year.
Before you may participate in tryouts for either the boys or girls team, you will need to complete:
All CCSD required paperwork (proof of insurance and physical)
A sports physical (see info below)
Register Aktivate/Register My Athlete (link: https://www.registermyathlete.com/#)
*Cut off for completing Aktivate/Register My Athlete will be the day before the first day of tryouts. If you do not have a completed Register My Athlete, you will not be able to participate in tryouts. If you cannot get a physical in time for tryouts, see one of the coaches.
