Seniors at Northwest this year prepare themselves as the date for Capstone day inches closer and closer. Some of them are prepared for Capstone day while others scramble to turn into any documents or make any last minute changes.
“I’m ready for Capstone.” Bryan Barbosa, a senior at Northwest, said, “All the stuff for my group’s capstone is finished, all I need to do now is to create the poster board for the day itself.”
Some of the Juniors at Northwest have some idea on what they’re gonna do for capstone, who they want their mentor to be, and who they’re gonna be working with
“I plan on making a playground or a playset for little kids for my Capstone.” Zach Arias Ruano, a junior at Northwest said, “I think I want the construction teacher Mr. Jacobs or one of the teacher’s ed teachers.”
However, some juniors are stuck about capstone. Some juniors haven’t thought on what their capstone project should be about nor have an idea on who they want their capstone mentor to be.
“I have no idea what I’m going to make for my Capstone project next year.” Brody Eubank, a junior at Northwest, said, “I want someone who can critique me, I might want Mr. Orechack but I’m not too sure.”
