Students constantly wonder how to bring forth their admiration to that special someone, from friends to a girlfriend or boyfriend, yet little to none understand that not everyone wants store-bought goods. 

“I value hand-made gifts a huge amount more,” senior Hector Abad expressed. "It shows you are putting the effort into gifts.”

Handcrafted gifts effort is shown through the work of paper flowers or clay models, unlike the lack that store-bought goods can’t bring. Most students and people, despite this accepted ideology, barely understand how to create crafts.

“I often don’t have time to make hand-crafted gifts. Besides, I have little to no idea on how to make those little gifts,” Chef Klafter-Phillips claimed. 

Tutorials are a constructive way to help contribute to these happy goodies, having step-by-step instructions or cheap ideas that can be helpful when not knowing where to go for creating, allowing for original ideas to spark up, or even make a bouquet of flowers made from hand-pipes. 

“I make hand-made gifts all the time for my friends, but I often have to search up tutorials for them, and I need to make a bad version of them since the materials used are often too expensive,” Avery Bullock stated. 

Expenses are a huge contributor to hand made gifts, unlike the factory made places that have billions to spend on the store goods, people use their own money on small items to make for someone, even if the item doesn’t turn out well, most people often look for the care into a gift.

“They bring value,” Hector Abad proceeded with, “when you bring forth a gift to resemble your love for someone, make it made with love.”
