The Grammy's is one of the biggest awards events for musicians and is typically held at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California. Held annually since 1959, The Grammy's include a series of performances, awards, tributes, and a red carpet.
While this event has been going on for over 60 years there are still some errors. This year's Grammys had errors like outfit malfunctions and controversial “jokes”.
“One of the guys presenting the awards made a Trump joke about immigrants and it was just weird and uncalled for.” Freshman at NWCTA Amiyah Banks said.
Trevor Noah, one of the hosts, wasn’t the only person looking to make a “statement”. Several students mentioned what Bianca Censori came onto the red carpet wearing and it was anything but positive.
“When she took her coat off I was not expecting to see her naked. I was shocked why she would come like that.” Freshman at NWCTA Zoey Dekle said.
Another interesting outfit choice that had people talking was Jaden Smith’s. Showing up with a castle on his head.
“The guy with the castle on his head had me confused and just wondering why he would come like that.” Freshman at NWCTA Liam Thornton said.
Not all of these outfits were meant to make people talk, like when Doechii was performing and her clothes came undone she quickly fixed them and continued her performance.
