The Korean boy band BTS reunites after 4 years of hiatus due to mandatory military enlistment. Announced on Jan. 4, 2026, BTS’s upcoming 5th album and world tour comeback. Their album, “ARIRANG,” will be released on March 30, 2026.
BTS’s ARIRANG World Tour includes 82 dates and 34 cities across 23 countries. The Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas is one of the main locations that will be holding four of the concert dates in May 2026.
“I was happy that I found out they’re coming to Vegas. I didn’t care about anything else, we will be winning the ticket war!” freshman Cleone Palo says excitedly.
Going on a group hiatus in 2022 for mandatory military enlistment, they have yet to perform as a group again. During those three to four years, millions of their fans have been waiting for this moment.
“It will have a huge impact on their fan base because they’ve waited for so long for them to come back, and now they’re here,” freshman Hailey Yun says with a smile.
Debuting in 2013, BTS has broken many world records and gained many more fans during the 13 years the band has been together. To this day, their fan base continues to grow along with the band.
“It really shows their growth because they've gotten really far from where they started. And they have a large fan base now. And there are a lot of people supporting them,” freshman Kesha Garcia says proudly.
With their album and world tour coming up just around the corner, the world is sure to be ready for more of BTS and their future projects.
