What is it? CrossFit is High Intensity Functional Movements performed over modal times and domains. Overall, we are a club that is geared towards exercise and fitness in all capacities. We work to achieve the 10 physical fitness domains while performing at minimum the 9 basic foundational movements of CrossFit. We are a community of like minded individuals who seek to better our lives each day through hard work and dedication towards the sport of CrossFit.
When do we Meet? We meet 4-5x a week Monday-Friday. If you plan to join the club, it is a year long committment and you MUST be able to attend at minimum 3x a week in order to be an active member.
What times? We meet from 2:30p-3:45p Monday-Friday unless Coach has to cancel a class for personal reasons.
Where do we Meet? Room 503, the CrossFit room
What do we Do? We workout together, learn new skills, refine old skills, build strength, endurance, speed, balance, coordination, power, flexibility, agility, cardio capacity and we support our community. We compete locally sometimes at competitions, we sign up and complete the CrossFit open at local gyms around the city and we compete in High School CrossFit Throwdown competitions. We also just hang out, have a great time, exercise and also have social activities we do together.
