Michael Klein serves as the guitar director at Green Valley High School in Henderson, Nevada, and is Guitar Task Force Chair for the Clark County School District. His students have performed to great acclaim at the GFA National School Summit, the Loyola Marymount University Guitar Festival, and CCSD Guitar Ensemble Festival as well as in the Nevada All-State and Best In Southern Nevada Guitar Competition. As musical director of the Las Vegas Classical Guitar Ensemble, Michael also remains an active performer in the community. Michael earned his B.M. in music education from SUNY Fredonia and M.M. in guitar performance and literature from the Eastman School of Music.

Lhara Groberg is in her ninth year of teaching choir and currently serves as the Director of Vocal Studies at Del Sol Academy of the Performing Arts. Prior to teaching at Del Sol Academy, Ms. Groberg taught at Hyde Park Middle School for seven years, where her choirs consistently earned superior ratings at the CCSD Advanced Choral Festival and the WorldStrides Music Festivals in California. As a former CCSD student, her musical experiences inspired her to pass on her passion to the next generation. Ms. Groberg earned a Bachelor in Music Education with a Choral Emphasis and a Minor in Arts and Cultural Management from Northern Arizona University in 2015. She earned her Master’s Degree in Choral Music Education at the University of North Texas in June 2024. Ms. Groberg is an active member of the American Choral Directors Association and the Nevada Music Educators Association. She currently serves on the NMEA Executive Board as the State Secretary and High School All-State Choir Co-Chair. l Music Teachers" in 2024. Her main goal as a music educator is to create a safe learning environment where students can build confidence, community, and choral excellence.
