Registration
Registration for the 24-25 school year is now open.
Registration is a two-step process.
1. Please fill out the Online Registration (OLR) through Infinite Campus.
2. Email 0502-registration-user@nv.ccsd.net with your required documents. Please include OLR number in the email.
New or Returning Students (withdrawn from CCSD for 30 days or more).
Student's original birth certificate (translated if not in English)
Student's complete immunization record (if you're a NV resident, you can find them here).
Guardian's valid ID
Proof of Residency (must be a gas, water or electric bill, a mortgage statement or lease agreement) in the Guardian's name and dated within the last 30 days.
Withdrawal grades from prior school (outside of CCSD) and/or transcript.
IEP (if applicable)
All required documents must be submitted at the time of enrollment, partial submissions will not be accepted.
Current CCSD Students
If your address has changed - provide proof of residency & guardian ID.
12th graders are required to provide proof of 2nd MCV4 vaccine.
Shared Housing
Shared Housing
If you currently live with someone else and do not have the required proof of residency document, please reach out to Shared Housing.
When doing the OLR, you will have to upload documents required by Shared Housing to verify your address. We can not complete your student's registration until Shared Housing has approved your application.

Withdrawals
Withdrawals are in person and can happen anytime our office is open.
Please be advised, all property of Spring Valley HS must be returned & fees must be paid at the time of withdrawal.
First, you will return property of Spring Valley at our library.
Next, you will pay any fees at our banker.
Lastly, you will finish with the registrar (must have guardian & ID).
The process takes about 20 minutes.
