Hello, my name is Mark Chaput and I am the Librarian and part time SBT at Desert Rose.  This is my 28th year with the CCSD.  My first 10 years were spent at Western High School where I was a Biology teacher and the Science Department Chair.  In my final 2 years at Western I earned my Masters degree and became the school's Librarian.  In 2008 I came to Desert Rose as a Librarian and eventually also took over the duties as the Site Based Technician.  In my  spare time I enjoy bowling, tennis, golfing and attending all the sporting events at UNLV, my alma mater.  In short, I am a Rebel.
