Sandy Valley School makes 2024/2025 Superintendent's Honor Roll
THIS PAGE PROVIDES PARENTS WITH INFINITE CAMPUS INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS, ENROLLMENT INFORMATION, SCHOOL LUNCH MENU, INFORMATION ON APPLYING FOR FREE OR REDUCED LUNCH, AND IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS.
Important Attendance Information
Make sure your child goes to bed early and gets a good night’s sleep
Develop a morning routine to arrive in a timely fashion
Take an interest in your child’s school work
Provide regular times and a quiet, clean area for doing homework
Provide an alarm clock for your child
If your child starts to miss school, speak to the school to seek support
Have regular communication with the school
Post the school calendar and notes on the refrigerator, or another visible location
Keep open communication lines with your child
Parents:
Please take a moment to complete the Safe Routes to School (SRTS) survey regarding your student’s mode of travel to and from school. The survey is intended for parents of students in grades K–12. If you have more than one child attending the same school, please complete one survey for the eldest student at that school.
The survey asks about factors that influence your decision to allow your child to walk or bike to school. Your responses help us enhance safety education programs in schools and improve walking and biking routes. The survey is quick to complete, anonymous, and includes a space for additional comments.

Tómese un momento y complete la encuesta Rutas Seguras a la Escuela (SRTS) sobre el modo de viaje de sus estudiantes hacia y desde la escuela. La encuesta es para padres de estudiantes de los grados K–12. Si tiene más de un hijo que asista a la misma escuela, complete una encuesta solo para el estudiante mayor de cada escuela.
La encuesta solicita información sobre factores que influyen en su decisión de permitir que su hijo vaya caminando o en bicicleta a la escuela. Sus respuestas nos permiten mejorar los programas educativos de seguridad y optimizar las rutas peatonales y ciclistas hacia la escuela. La encuesta es rápida, anónima y cuenta con un espacio para comentarios adicionales.

SNHD Immunization Clinics are now currently open by limited appointments Monday-Friday 8am - 4pm. SNHD is able to take some walk-ins depending on availability. This is a reminder to immunize your child for the up coming school year.

All Parents, with students NEW to our school, MUST Provide Their Child's County or State Issued Birth Certificate (original), Immunization Records, Most Recent Report Card (1st Grade - 5th Grade) OR Transcripts (6th Grade - 12th Grade), as well as the Parent's Photo ID & Proof of Residency
