The Clark County School District requires the online registration (OLR) to be completed for ALL STUDENTS NEW AND RETURNING EACH YEAR.
Registration is ONLINE for ALL families and enrollment is IN PERSON for NEW FAMILIES to CCSD.
WALK-INS WELCOME between 7am-10am M-F.

Registration Process
24/25 iNCOMING FRESHMAN information
ONLINE REGISTRATION OPENS April 15, 2024.
24/25 School REGISTRATION
Registration and enrollment is a two-step process. Click here to begin the online registration for the 24/25 school year.
Write down your registration application number.
CURRENT STUDENTS (currently enrolled students in a CCSD school) UPLOAD YOUR DOCUMENTS. You do not need to come into the office.
If you have updated any information while completing the online registration, for example, changing your address, upload your proof of address using the link above. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
NEW STUDENTS (NEW TO CLARK COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT) If you were enrolled in CCSD in previous years and left the district, now returning, YOU ARE A NEW STUDENT.
New families must come into the office to complete their enrollment. You will need the registration number when you meet the Registrar to enroll your student. Registration/Enrollment hours are 7:00 am - 10:00 am. After your student has been enrolled, an appointment will be scheduled with the Counselor by the Registrar. Counselor appointments for Pre-Registration are April 22nd-April 25th and Summer Registration July 30th-August 8th.

Transcripts, progress reports, or transfer grades from previous school
Immunization record
IEP/504 plan (if student has one) please bring updated copy - if your student has special needs, please contact Case Management at 702.799.8692
Temporary Guardianship Form (if needed) form below - on site notary public from 2pm-3pm only if needed

Shared Housing, Title I Hope and Change of School Assignment
What is SHARED HOUSING? Shared housing means that YOU do not have your own residentail address so and your children are SHARING a household address with another family. If you checked YES to the shared housing question in the OLR (online registration), you will be prompted to upload verifying documentation while completing your online registration. Shared Housing will contact you regarding your status. BEFORE you begin your enrollment your Shared Housing Application must be COMPLETED and APPROVED. Your online application cannot be proccesed prior to approval of shared housing.

Title I Hope and Homeless Youth Information
Title I Homeless Outreach Program for Education (HOPE) assists students and families experiencing homelessness to enroll students in school. If you or you know of someone experiencing homelessness, please contact the Title I Hope office. Downloadable documents are below.

Zone variances are no longer implemented by CCSD. If you are NOT in the zone to attend Coronado HS, you must enroll at your zoned school. If you do not plan on attending your zoned school, contact the Change of School Assignment office for further information. Please review the list of schools accepting students on the COSA approved list. Coronado High School IS NOT on their list. COSA Applications for the 2023-2024 school year are now open. Withdrawal Information
Withdrawals are made in-person at the front office with Mrs. Linda Hart. Be advised that arrangements to return chromebooks, textbooks, uniforms, and additional items will be made. Students must be withdrawn from Coronado HS prior to enrolling in another school. Failure to complete the withdrawal process may result in a delay of records for the current school.
